FRx Service Pack Issues for Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0
As a result of many Dynamics SL 7.0 upgrades, we have had the opportunity to perform many FRx 6.7 upgrades as well. FRx 6.7 Service Pack 9 is the first version of FRx widely distributed with Dynamics SL 7.0, and using the same code base as prior versions of FRx, the application is extremely mature and stable.
Through experience, there is one very important issue with FRx 6.7 Service Pack 9 worth noting. When exporting reports to Excel, the following error can be encountered:
Error 91: Object Variable or With Block Variable Not Set
Error 91 occurs when the export file path contains spaces. The export file path containing spaces is a result of exporting to the ‘My Documents’ folder on the users local machine.
In order to correct this issue, install FRx Service Pack 10. This service pack corrects all issues relating to file path.
