In Sage ERP X3, the number of address codes by business partner is controlled by the activity code BPR. By default it is set to 30 but can be set as high as 9999. The activity code is managed on a folder basis so you would if you wanted to make the change in all of your folders, you will have to change them individually.
To change the activity code, login to the folder using a login that has admin access. In the menus select Development → Data and Parameters → Development Setup → Activity codes.

After you make the change and click the save button, a message will come up that looks like this:

You will receive a message saying you need to (in this case) revalidate the screens that use this activity code for the change to take effect. The next step is to decide which screens to revalidate so that the screen will have the address limit that was set in the activity code. The screen codes and descriptions are as follows:

To revalidate the screens, select the Development → Processes → Screens → Screens.

Enter the screen code (see above) and press the tab key. At the bottom of the screen click on the validate button and click yes when the confirmation screen comes up.
