During this phase which accounts for 10-20% of total project time, NexTec meets with key Company personnel. Utilizing questionnaires and personal interviews, we decompose all aspects of daily operations to gain an in-depth understanding of needs and processes to determine if current processes can be continued or need to be revised for the new ERP system.
