Microsoft Dynamics GP - HelpDesk/Support Consultant Minimize

Job Description

NexTec Group is searching for a Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) Technical Support / HelpDesk Consultant. NexTec Group consultants provide installation, implementation, training and support, as well as custom development and report writing services to companies using Dynamics GP ERP in the middle and mid-enterprise markets.

Interested candidates should have recent experience as an ERP technical support consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
The successful candidate would possess the following technical skills:

  • A minimum 3 years prior experience providing Dynamics GP support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • MS SQL Server experience
  • Windows software installation and troubleshooting experience
  • Crystal Reports or SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  • Sharepoint experience a plus
  • Visual Basic or Dexterity experience a plus
