Alan Subel is a co-founder of NexTec Group and serves as the Vice President of Operations. Alan's primary responsibility is managing the development and implementation of company-wide methodology and procedures to drive quality and efficiency in the consulting divisions across all offices. During his time with the company, he has also served as Consulting Manager, responsible for the design, implementation and management of Dynamics SL and Sage MAS 500 projects. Prior to his time at NexTec Group, Alan held various management positions including roles as Controller in Johannesburg, South Africa, as GM for a company in Botswana, Africa and has worked as an Independent Applications Consultant and an EDP Auditor. Alan earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, an Honors Degree in Information Systems, and is a Chartered Accountant in South Africa.
