Joshua Thigpen is the General Manager for NexTec Group, Pacific Northwest. In addition to general business development initiatives, he is responsible for ongoing client management activities and solution development, serving as a strategic technology advisor throughout complex ERP implementations. Josh has over ten years of mid-market ERP systems experience and over eight years of Project Management experience. His broad range of consulting and implementation experience includes work in distribution, manufacturing and business services. Josh has a BA in English from the University of Hawaii. He is an avid surfer and snowboarder and last year began competing as a triathlete and rough water swimmer. In his spare time, he races and conducts fundraising efforts for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (http://www.challengedathletes.org).
