Congratulations to NexTec’s customer Industrial Specialty Services (ISS) for being named Acumatica Customer of the Year at the Acumatica Summit in Las Vegas.
James Craig, CEO of ISS, was on stage at the Acumatica Summit Keynote on Monday, July 20, 2021, along with NexTec CEO Eric Frank and Francisco Callegari from BDO Digital Services, to tell the story of the oil and gas company’s journey and partnership with BDO and NexTec. In the keynote, Craig discussed the challenges of implementing its ERP solution amidst a global pandemic and three hurricanes and how Acumatica’s cloud-based software helped streamline the process and made the implementation possible.
The keynote also touched on the importance of digital transformation and how ISS is living and breathing this transformation by fully embracing the cloud and cloud-based solutions, like Acumatica Cloud ERP. ISS has no local server in place, no IT department and all support comes from strategic partnerships with NexTec, BDO and Acumatica. This digital forward mentality allows ISS to remain nimble and better positions the company to meet its aggressive growth goals.
