Eric Frank is a co-founder of NexTec Group and serves as Chief Executive Officer. During his time with the company, he has filled a number of roles including Vice President of Corporate Services and Vice President of Sales. Prior to working for NexTec Group, he gained significant experience in the consulting field while working at a local CPA firm. Eric has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas. In his spare time, Eric enjoys planning future travel adventures.
Chief Consulting Officer
Alan is co-founder and Chief Consulting Officer at NexTec. He oversees the procedures and methodologies that drive quality and efficiency across all NexTec consulting divisions. Prior to NexTec, Alan held various management positions, including roles as CFO and Controller in Johannesburg, South Africa, as General Manager in Botswana, Africa, as Independent Applications Consultant and as EDP Auditor. Alan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, an Honors Degree in Information Systems, and practiced as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa.
Chief Marketing Officer
Russell is co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at NexTec. He oversees all of NexTec’s marketing efforts, directs the CRM team and manages the internal systems. His involvement in marketing has spanned 15 years and NexTec’s transition from direct mail and no employees to digital marketing and an industry leading team. Prior to co-founding NexTec, Russell consulted at several companies, including Harper and Pearson and Andersen Consulting. He has a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas. His interests include mountain and road biking, reading and cooking.
Vice President of Sales
Chris joined NexTec in 2015 as VP of Sales responsible for sales strategies and strategic alliances. With over 25 years in technology and business consulting, Chris has deep expertise in MS Dynamics and Sage. His experience includes information systems planning, business process consulting, software selection, implementation and integration, application design and development and project management in industries like manufacturing, distribution, professional services, construction and nonprofit. He served on many boards, including Tampa Bay Technology Forum, Hospice Lodge, Alzheimer’s Foundation and the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation. Chris holds a BA in Accounting from Ohio University.
Chris is Vice President of Sage X3 at NexTec, managing the professional services and overall operations of the Sage X3 business. Chris brings to NexTec a progressive 30-year career in professional services and systems implementation, positively impacting companies of varying size and global presence across multiple industries. A relationship-oriented leader, Chris focuses on building strong rapport with his customers and his NexTec team in order to drive successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining NexTec, Chris has held various executive and leadership positions with multiple ERP software publishers and professional services firms. Chris resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children. Chris is an avid sports fan and in his free time enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Chuck is Vice President of Mid-Market ERP at NexTec which includes Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL and Acumatica. Chuck manages the Mid-Market Divisions’ operations and consulting resources and projects, P&L, business development, sales and client relationships. He also sets the ongoing goals, objectives and future vision for the Mid-market Division. Before joining NexTec, Chuck held regional executive and senior management positions at several consulting and software organizations. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the ERP/CRM and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston.
Ron Fallert is the Vice President of the North Central Region. Ron has over 25 years of experience in business management solutions, as well as extensive ERP and CRM knowledge. In addition to leading the business development initiatives, Ron’s responsibilities include leading the region’s new business development team and working with existing customers to help them maximize their technology investments. He has worked in many areas of sales, marketing, and information systems. In the last 15 years, he has specialized in various aspects of the business application software, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing.
Jim Ritterbusch is the Vice President of the East Region at NexTec. Jim has 18 years of experience in the ERP and CRM industry. His primary responsibilities include leading the region’s new business development efforts, working with existing customers as they look to maximize their technology investments, and helping to grow NexTec’s presence in the U.S. Eastern coast. Jim has worked across a wide variety of industries during his tenure in the business application space. His particular areas of expertise include food/pharma production, distribution and the financial services sectors. Jim enjoys golf and reading.
Product and Vertical Strategy
As Vice President of Product and Vertical Strategy, Jennifer is responsible for driving product strategy and execution across the NexTec portfolio of business management solutions as well as defining strategy for NexTec’s key vertical industries. She has more than 14 years of software experience, serving in roles that include Product Management, Practice Management, Account Management and Business Analysis. Prior to joining the software industry, Jennifer was responsible for new product development in the food industry, and has a degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph.
Catherine joined NexTec in 2014 as Director of Marketing. She brings extensive experience as both a marketing executive and a consultant in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, high-tech, telecom, legal, non-profit, mobile devices, software, publishing and advertising. She has developed innovative marketing and communication programs for some of the world’s most sophisticated and respected global companies – such as BMW, Microsoft and T-Mobile. Catherine holds a master’s degree in International Marketing from Thunderbird–School of Global Management, an MBA from Arizona State University and a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Mark leads Sage X3 Vertical Marketing and is responsible for NexTec’s FoodBusiness ERP and CannaBusiness ERP. He is a seasoned technology marketing executive with 20 years of experience leading marketing high performance revenue marketing teams, creating automated and measurable demand generation engines, branding, messaging and positioning. Mark came to NexTec from Aptean who he joined by way of acquisition. Aptean acquired IndustryBuilt where he led the marketing strategy and team responsible for JustFoodERP. Prior to joining IndustryBuilt, Mark served as marketing leader for a variety of high growth companies who realized successful exits including BlueCat Networks and PlateSpin. Mark holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an Honors Bachelor’s Degree from McMaster University in Ontario Canada.
